Position Overview
Responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client and partner relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Support marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Coordinate with internal teams and monitor market trends
- Achieve sales targets and represent the company at events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–7 years of sales/marketing experience (fit-out preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
- Valid UAE driving license is required
Preferred Industry Experience
- Interior fit-out, construction, or real estate
- UAE/GCC market experience and client network
- Knowledge of turnkey project sales and digital marketing
