Position Overview

Responsible for managing on-site execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress and prepare reports
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field
• 8–10 years of UAE fit-out project experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP, UAE regulations, and documentation
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Valid UAE driving license is required

Preferred Industry Experience

• Interior fit-out, joinery, civil works, and MEP coordination
• Experience in residential, commercial, or retail projects
• UAE/GCC project exposure and authority approvals
• SOE membership is an advantage
