Position Overview

The Interior Fit-Out Supervisor oversees daily site operations, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and workforce
• Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and report updates
• Maintain quality and enforce safety standards
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction or related field
• 5–7 years of fit-out supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes and drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Preferred Industry Experience

• Turnkey interior fit-out projects
• Residential, commercial, or retail experience
• UAE/GCC project exposure
• Knowledge of safety standards and local regulations
